LEGO Design Competition | B&O Railroad Museum

Submit your B&O LEGO creations for a chance to win a B&O Membership, swag bag, and more!

July 1^st to August 4^th, submit your LEGO builds to the B&O. Priority will be given to models that share a connection with the B&O Railroad, the Museum, and B&O affiliated railroads. Whether it’s your favorite locomotive, the Museum’s famed Roundhouse, or other rolling stock, we want to see YOUR creations!

Entries will be divided into two categories:

Ages 12 & Under
Ages 13+

Rules to enter:

Round 1 – Submit your LEGO design entry through the form below!

All entries must be built ahead of time.
Entries must fit on top of a 6-foot folding table (max. 71” x 29”)
Entries must be your own creations and cannot come from a pre-made source.
Builders may only be those listed on the submission form.
Submissions must include photographs of the build. To be considered, submit one photo from each side of the design and one photograph of the contestant with it.

Round 2 – Selected submissions will be invited to bring their builds to the Museum for display and voting. The final winner will be decided by Museum visitors’ votes!*

Chosen builders are expected to transport and set up their displays the weekend of August 17^th and 18^th without the help of Museum staff. Staff will be on hand to help direct you to your set-up location but will not be able to set up your display for you.

All individuals selected to display their works will receive an individual Museum membership!
