The B&O Café is now open!

The B&O Café, a social enterprise of the Franciscan Center, offers a healthy lunch menu consisting of grilled burgers, chicken sandwiches, deli sandwiches, salads, soups, and kid-friendly items. A variety of desserts, snacks, and drinks will be available.
Chefs operating, managing, and working at the B&O Café are graduates and/or students of the Franciscan Center Dignity Plates Culinary Training Academy. Chef Steven Boswell, 6th Cohort graduate of the program, will serve as the Associate General Manager the cafe. All proceeds will be used to enhance the Training Academy program.
